Summary of Job Duties:

This position is full time salaried and located primarily at our North Little Rock office. Occasional travel to Cabot, Jacksonville, Little Rock and Russellville. 

Under the direction of the CEO and COO, the Office Manager effectively assesses and coordinates all staff responsibilities and the day-to-day operations for our North Little Rock office.  Must function with a high level of professionalism, teamwork and organization to ensure efficient and continual coverage of practice needs and exceptional patient care and service. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of medical administrative/leadership experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office staff and manage/coordinate employees’ schedules and leave requests, and change responsibilities as needed to ensure continual administrative and clinical coverage.

  • Process all payroll, time off and personnel files for this location.

  • Maintain good and open lines of communication with all employees in the location and promptly address problems as they arise and provide proactive solutions.

  • Maintains current records on all staff including, but not limited to copies of licenses, medical liability certificates, TB skin testing, HIPPA/IRB trainings, Safety and Compliance Trainings, CV’s & other certifications - obtaining updates as needed.

  • Oversee time and manage leave requests for staff  to ensure accurate and timely submission and approval. Evaluate job performance of North Little Rock office staff.

  • Assist with the creation and management of  clinic physician schedules.

  • Daily operations and supervision of operational and clinical staff for this location. 

  • Resolves IT, telecom, PM and EMR issues for this location as well as Cabot, Jacksonville and Russellville satellites.

  • Serves on Compliance Committee and as Compliance Officer.  Assists with OSHA, HIPAA and Compliance functions within the entire practice.

  • Provider credentialing oversight for providers at this location.

  • Marketing – represents the practice within the community in areas near North Little Rock and Russellville.    To include health fairs, provider visits, workers’ comp events, et.

  • Positively communicate the mission, vision, values of the organization.  Works closely with and supports entire management team and providers. 

  • Assists in operational and clinical areas occasionally when required. 

  • Order and manage purchasing of equipment, DME and supplies for location. 

  • Management of North Little Rock building including tenant space. 

  • Assist with organization of office moves and openings as necessary when new faculty and staff are hired.

  • Conducts interviews, makes hiring recommendations, implements progressive discipline as needed and in consultation with the COO / CEO  and with support from HR, and enforces practice compliance requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Additional Information:


Salary Information:

Commensurate with education and experience to start at $58,000 annually.

Physician Assistant, PA-C

Physician Assistant, PA-C, needed for busy orthopedic surgeon based in Little Rock. Duties will include assisting in the OR, clinic, rounding and minimal call, as well as travel to North Little clinics/ surgery weekly. Front Desk Receptionist/Pre-Cert Specialist

Busy orthopedic clinic in need of front desk receptionist/ pre-cert specialist in the North Little Rock office. Duties include obtaining precertification’s for studies and surgeries, insurance verifications, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, and working front desk for MRI and clinics. Being able to multi-task and provide great customer service is a must. Full time Monday-Friday position with Competitive benefit package available.
