Elizabeth Turbeville, PA-C​

Elizabeth Tlapek, PA-C joined the team at Bowen Hefley Orthopedics in October of 2022. She assists Dr. William F. Hefley, Jr., M.D. in both the operating room and clinical settings, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of patients with illness and injury of the hip, knee and shoulder. Elizabeth has a passion for treating and caring for patients in order to increase their quality of life.
Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Elizabeth moved to Little Rock as a high school freshman, where she graduated summa cum laude from Mount St. Mary Academy in 2016. Continuing her education while working as a Dental Assistant, Home Health Aide and Patient Care Assistant for a Plastic Surgeon, Elizabeth attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with High Distinction in May of 2020.
Upon graduation, Elizabeth immediately moved back to Little Rock and began the Physician Assistant Program at UAMS. Earning Superior Academic Achievement each semester and graduating in August of 2022, she earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies with Honors. She is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed through the Arkansas State Medical Board. Elizabeth is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Elizabeth enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé whether it be outside exercising, at the lake, or watching the Razorbacks. She likes cooking, trying new recipes and entertaining at home. Some of her favorite places to travel with friends and family are Seagrove Beach, Florida and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She is also fond of photography and loves spending time with her niece and nephew.
Debbie Williamson, MSPT | Physical Therapist

Debbie grew up in Little Rock and graduated from Little Rock Central High School. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville), and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas.
Debbie has worked with patients in a variety of settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, nursing homes and outpatient orthopedics. She joined our team here at Bowen Hefley Orthopedics in 2010 to focus solely on outpatient orthopedics. Debbie resides in Little Rock with her husband and children.
